    Palm Desert Title Loan Company has Best Customer Service

    1800 LoanMart has the greatest customer service that I have ever experienced in any company in Palm Desert!  I called 888-700-7505 to inquire about a title loan, and the people at 1800 LoanMart, from the receptionist, to the woman who handled my approval process, to the customer service department when I called to give my praise, went above and beyond my expectations of customer service when I went in to apply for a title loan.

    I was swamped in bills and was waiting on several checks from my own clients when I decided to call 1800 LoanMart.  I own my own construction business in Palm Desert, and would not be able to pay all of my bills, so I decided that a title loan would be the safest way for me to pay my bills while I awaited payment from my clients.  I was fully expecting some hurdles during the approval process because I owned my own business.  I also could not bear to run my business without my truck.  I was so relieved when I found out that it was ok that I owned my own business, and that I would be able to keep my car!

    After getting a title loan from 1800 LoanMart, I was able to pay my bills on time, and when I got my checks from my clients, I was able to quickly pay off my title loan.  I couldn’t have gotten through such a stressful time without the help of the fine people at 1800 LoanMart who were genuinely concerned with my situation.  It was as if I was there sole customer.  I now know where I will turn to in the future if I ever am strapped for cash for my construction business.  Thank you so much 1800 LoanMart and I hope everyone in Palm Desert who is in need of a title loan uses such a fine company as yours!
