I had to take off of work for a week when my cousin passed away last month because the funeral was in New York City and I wanted to spend some time with my family. My cousin was only a few years older than me but had health problems most of his life. I got the phone call from my aunt and she told me that he passed away in his sleep so it was unexpected and quick. I am meeting my parents out there and we are staying with my aunt but I still had to buy a plane ticket and was low on cash so I needed to borrow money in order to book my flight.
